2. Description of Service

Everything Weather provides weather forecasts, weather alerts, and related meteorological information. The app sources data from the National Weather Service (NWS) and uses Open-Meteo as a backup for current weather conditions in case of NWS outages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the app for emergency response decisions without further verification

4. EverythingWeather Pro

Everything Weather offers a Pro subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled in your store account settings. Current pricing is $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year and may vary by store.

5. Severe Weather Alerts

Any hazards, alerts, or outlooks provided within the app are informational and should not be your sole source for emergency decisions. Always verify critical weather information through official channels.

6. Location Services

Some features require location services to be enabled. You can manage location permissions through your device settings at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Everything Weather is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages resulting from weather-related incidents.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
